DCO Circuits is a Michigan based ISO9002, AS9100 and TS16949 certified manufacturer of electronic assemblies and full system box builds producing high quality product from a modern 53,000 square feet facility. 

Capabilities include TH, SMT, BGA, Flex, Conformal Coating, Potting, and Box Builds.  Test resources include a staff of 3 degreed engineers to formulate test plans and execute ICT, Flying Probe, Functional, and Burn-in environmental stress screening. Quality resources include on-line paperless documentation, full lot traceability, AOI, lean initiatives, on-line data tracking with real-time dashboards, and a corrective action / preventative action (CAPA) system.  Our experienced staff of Project, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineers, coupled with a proven APQP launch process, greatly reduce the risks associated with New Product Introductions and re-sourcing.
