Founded in 1976 and still a privately-owned business, Ace Electronics is an engineering-based company that is focused on providing our customers with only the highest quality, hand-built and tested products in a timely manner. Our engineering staff boasts over 30+ years of combined hands-on design expertise in custom cable and accessory assembly, including a milestone patent that dramatically improved the reliability and life of automotive assembly line tool whip cables.

Ace Electronics is 100% committed to meeting the specialized requirements in defense contracting. Ace supports all military branches throughout the world with Mil–Spec and aerospace manufactured products. All of our operations at Ace Electronics are managed to the documented, certified quality control procedures. Ace Electronics has maintained AS9100 Revision D. certification for its Troy, Michigan manufacturing plant. The AS9100 (rev.d) standard expands the requirements of ISO 9001 to meet demands of the defense and aerospace industries.

These procedures, developed through years of refinement for efficiency, allow us to leverage the 35+ years of experience. We utilize a Six Sigma methodology to ensure all of our manufacturing processes are producing high-quality results and are constantly being assessed for performance. We employ six sigma certified quality managers to monitor all of our operations and potentially develop new quality metrics that are unique to the requirements throughout our production process. The commitment of having in-house Six Sigma certified staff; guarantees that our manufacturing processes are continuously being analyzed to control the quality of our products.
